the location was excellent for accessing stadiums and the crown casino (a short walk). the room was clean, a nice surprise. the bathroom was roomy, a great feature for accessibility.
the heater wasn't working one day, so i had to change rooms late at night.

The staff offered great customer service. The bar was a good spot to meet people. The room was compact and suitable for an overnight stay.

The location was good. I could easily walk to the tram station. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The blackout blinds ensured I could get a good sleep.
The lobby looked scruffy, i didn't like it. The room was small. The lighting in the room was not good at all, i found it hard to see.

the location was good and THE staff were great.
the room had no WINDOW so why do they not put in additional lighting and mirrors. room service happened once in a week even after i placed a sign requesting it. the communal bar area felt freezing, and the breakfast was below expectations.

the room i booked was not what i expected it lacked a view i saw one window facing a dark alley the room itself was quite small this felt disproportionate to the price paid early check-in incurred an unexpected additional charge. i found this practice rather unwelcome
